Metal Buildings in Douglas, Wyoming

Metal Building Outlet delivered these (2) prefabricated steel buildings in Douglas, Wyoming, in June of 2022.

Durable, sustainable, and engineered for the specific climate characteristics of Douglas, the Old Town Gray steel buildings with complementing Light Stone trim now serve as shops and offer superior structural integrity. The first metal shop, Building A, is 70’x120’x20’ in size and has a wide clear span and high ceilings, while the second structure, Building B, is 40’x50’x12’ and also features a column-free interior.

Overhead, both shops feature hardy, corrosion-resistant gable roofs, with Building A’s roof sporting a 2:12 pitch and Building B’s roof, a slightly steeper 4:12 pitch. Building A also has (11) framed door openings located throughout, which include (6) 16’x16’ overhead door openings and (5) 3070 openings enclosing (5) 3070 commercial insulated walk doors with trim and lever locks.

Building B also has (11) framed door and window openings throughout. Included are (1) 4070 framed opening for a walk door and (10) 4’x3’ openings for windows. Both steel buildings also feature Light Stone-colored gutters and downspouts that help prevent condensation and water damage. Each metal shop also has a 30-PSF roof snow load and a 115-mph wind rating in consideration of the region’s climate characteristics and building codes.
