Metal Building Outlet provided this pre-engineered steel shop building for a client in Durango, Colorado in late March of 2018.

Insulated and exceedingly durable, making it ideal for Durango’s sometimes-extreme temperatures and snowfall totals, the building stands 75’x60’x12 in size and now functions as a shop. Crafted from top-quality steel components and covered overhead by a protective, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 3:12 pitch, the structure provides a secure, energy-efficient space to work and store goods.

It also offers easy accessibility, thanks to (7) framed openings, and these include (2) 10’x8’ openings, (2) 10’x10’ openings, (2) 12’x14’ openings and (1) 3070 walk door opening enclosing (1) 3070 walk door. It features R-10 insulation within its roof, which offers a considerable return-on-investment by slashing energy bills associated with the property, and it also boasts a wind speed rating of 90 mph and a high snow load of 50 pounds.
