In use as a workshop, the painted, attractive metal building boasts top-of-the-line steel construction, resulting in superior strength and durability. When erect, the metal shop is 24’x30’x10’ in size and features an open, clear span design that makes the most of available floorspace.
Overhead, the building has a robust and corrosion-resistant Galvalume gable roof with a 3:12 pitch, and (2) framed openings grant building users access inside. Featured are (1) 10’x9’ overhead door framed opening and (1) 3070 walk door opening holding (1) 3070 steel walk door with a lever lock.
The steel workshop also boasts several customizations that maintain compliance with local building codes and enhance overall durability, including a 20-psf roof snow load and a wind speed rating of 115 mph.
