Overhead, a Fern Green roof with a 3:12 pitch guards against corrosion and the elements, and the building itself features top-quality steel construction and now functions as a workshop.

Distributed throughout it are (3) framed openings all varying in size, among them (1) 12’x12’ opening, (1) 8’x8’ opening and (1) 3070 opening.
