Metal Building Outlet supplied this pre-engineered metal building for a customer in Elma, Washington, in mid-September of 2020.

Durable, reliable and low maintenance, the building is now in use as a shop. The prefabricated building is comprised of rugged, high-quality steel components and offers a high overhead clearance and a wide clear span. The metal shop’s roof is comprised of hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal panels, providing a solid layer of protection from the elements. The shop has (4) framed openings offering access inside the building. It also has several customizations added with regard for the climate characteristics and building and engineering codes currently in place including a high snow load.

Located in west-central Washington State, the city of Elma is part of Grays Harbor County. It sits about 30 miles outside Olympia and about 90 miles from Seattle.
