Steel Shop Building in Eloy, Arizona

Metal Building Outlet provided this prefabricated steel shop building for a customer in Eloy, Arizona, in May of 2016.

Crafted from hardwearing, top-of-the-line steel components, the structure stands 40’x40’x12’ in size and is now used as a workshop by the owner. Its roof is made of rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal and has a 1:12 roof pitch, and inside the building are (4) framed openings varying in size and function. Included are (2) 10’x10’ openings enclosing (2) 10’x10’ roll-up doors with manual chain hoists and (2) 3070 openings enclosing (2) 3070 heavy-duty walk doors with lever-lock systems.

A wind speed rating of 115 mph serves as an additional building feature and was included to enhance durability with respect for the climate and weather patterns typical of the area. A part of Pinal County, which is located roughly halfway between Phoenix and Tucson, the city of Eloy lies about 54 miles outside Tucson and 45 miles from Chandler.
