Metal Building in Enoch, Utah
Metal Building Outlet supplied this pre-engineered metal building in August of 2022 in Enoch, Utah.
Engineered for the climate characteristics of the region, the metal shop building is 30’x40’x18’ and has an 18” overhang along the roof. It has a high overhead clearance that easily accommodates a mezzanine and an open, column-free interior that maximizes floor space. Comprised of heavy-duty, 26-gauge steel parts, the painted metal shop with complementing trim has a steel gable roof with a 4:12 pitch offering protection from above.
A 24’x30’ mezzanine creates more usable shop or storage space, and (11) framed door and window openings allow access inside. Included are:
· (1) 12’x14’ overhead door opening
· (1) 3’x7’ walk door opening
· (7) 4’x4’ windows
· (1) 4’x3’ window
· (1) 2’x3’ window
The building also has girts and purlins that allow for the installation of a 6” insulation system. The roof and wall insulation lowers energy bills and enhances interior comfort, making the steel shop well-suited for all-season use in Utah.
