Steel Building in Fallon, Nevada

Metal Building Outlet supplied this pre-engineered steel building for a customer in Fallon, Nevada, in February of 2016.

Now used primarily for hay storage, the economical, highly functional metal structure stands 30’x40’x16’ in size. Covering and protecting it overhead is a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 pitch. With respect to the typical climate characteristic of the Fallon region, a wind speed of 90 mph and a snow load of 20 lbs. were included in the building project during construction.

A part of western Nevada’s Churchill County, the city of Fallon falls within Nevada’s Lahontan Valley. It is situated about 63 miles outside Carson City, the state capital, and it lies about 56 miles outside Lovelock.
