Metal Farm Building in Hollister, California

Metal Building Outlet supplied this prefabricated metal farm building for a customer in Hollister, California, in March of 2022.

Now used for agricultural storage, the steel farm building is comprised of durable, sustainable steel parts and is 42’x100’x17’6”/14’ when raised. Light Stone in color with complementing Koko Brown trim, the building also has a rugged, corrosion-resistant Light Stone-colored gable roof with a 1:12 pitch offering protection overhead.

A clear-span design creates an open, column-free interior, maximizing storage space, and high ceilings make it easy for the metal farm building to store goods in a wide range of sizes. The storage building also features several climate-related enhancements, among them gutters and downspouts, which help divert water away from the farm building’s roof and foundation.

A 115-mph wind speed rating is another notable customization made in compliance with local building codes.
