Fern Green in color with matching trim, the attractive, highly customized clear span steel building now functions as a shop. Comprised of rugged, sustainable steel parts, it is 32’x30’x13’ in size and sits on a 1’ stem wall. The corrosion-resistant steel roof of the workshop is also Fern Green and boasts a gable design and a 4:12 pitch.
Offering access inside the metal shop are (5) framed and door openings. The shop has (1) 10’x12’ opening, (2) 3’4”x7’2” walk door openings and (2) 4’x3’ windows that let natural sunlight inside. Gutters and downspouts are additional upgrades that divert water away from the steel shop and its foundation, helping prevent condensation.
The steel building also has a 117-mph wind speed rating and a 35-psf snow load in compliance with local building codes.
