Metal Building in Florence, Montana
Metal Building Outlet was the supplier of this pre-engineered metal building in Florence, Montana, in early February of 2017.
Energy efficient, attractive and easy to maintain, the building is light stone in color, and it now functions as a shop. Crafted from top-of-the-line steel components, it boasts a finished size of 40’x75’x14’, and its roof has a 2:12 roof pitch and is made of rugged, long-lasting Galvalume metal.
Inside, the steel shop building features (3) framed openings, among them (2) 12’x14’ openings enclosing (2) 12’x14’ roll-coil doors and (1) 3070 framed opening equipped with (1) 3070 walk door. To reduce energy bills given Montana’s often cold, snowy weather, the building boasts R-11 insulation in its roof and R-13 insulation in its walls. It also features a wind speed rating of 115 mph and a high snow load of 46 lbs. to enhance durability with respect for the sometimes-harsh climate of the area.
Florence is a sparsely populated, census-designated area located within western Montana’s Ravalli County. Nearby cities and towns include Hamilton, Darby and Pinesdale.
