Durable, sustainable and built to last, the building stands 45’x33’x24’ and has a mezzanine with (2) separate bays inside at the 14’ mark, creating additional usable floor space. Created using cold-form construction, which is an economical, fast-to-erect alternative to traditional steel construction, the metal building offers unmatched structural integrity and an attractive Mocha Tan exterior with complementing Polar White trim.
Found throughout the cold-formed steel building are (5) framed door and window openings. Engineered to adhere to all building code requirements currently in place in the region, the steel building also boasts a 3-psf roof snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating.
