The building is now used for agricultural purposes by Yoders Produce. The durable, low-maintenance building is white in color and crafted from premium-quality steel components. Overhead, covering and protecting it from the elements, is a complementing green metal roof, and inside the building are (8) framed openings varying in size. In consideration of the fact that Fredericksburg and the surrounding region experience four distinct seasons and sometimes-considerable winter snowfall, the metal shop building also features a recommended wind speed rating and snow load.
