Metal Building Outlet was the supplier of this prefabricated metal shop building in Freeport, Texas, in July of 2019.

Economical, attractive and spacious, the building stands 120’x120’x35’ in size and is currently in use as a shop. Constructed using durable, 26-gauge steel parts, the steel shop has a bright Polar White exterior, and its high overhead clearance makes it suitable for warehouse, automotive, manufacturing, storage or related use.

The roof of the shop is comprised of rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume panels and has a 1:12 roof pitch, and (1) 20’x16’ framed opening allows for easy access into the shop. A 155-mph wind speed rating serves as another project customization; an inclusion made out of respect for the local climate as well as the building codes currently governing construction in the area.
