Between them, the buildings contain (6) 12’x12’ overhead door openings, (6) 3030 window openings and (12) 3070 openings housing (12) 3070 insulated commercial walk doors with lever locks and trim. Additionally, the buildings feature (6) 3070 openings housing (6) 20-gauge 3070 glass storefront doors with push-and-pull hardware, closers and insulated glass windows. There are also (4) transverse partition walls distributed between the pair the warehouse buildings.
Both buildings also have gutters and downspouts along both sidewalls, keeping rainwater from collecting or causing damage. They also have 115-mph wind speed ratings and 5-psf snow loads in accordance with local building code requirements.
