Boasting eye-catching evergreen paint, the attractive and low-maintenance steel building now serves as a garage. Crafted from premium-grade steel materials, it stands 90’x140’x22’ in size once fully erect and is covered and protected overhead by a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a 1.5:12 roof pitch. Inside the garage are (4) framed openings, which include (2) 12’x14’ openings and (2) 16’x14’ openings. Additional project features include a wind speed rating of 90 mph and a snow load of 5 lbs., inclusions made in consideration of the climate and the weather patterns typical of Austin and the surrounding region.
