Metal Building Outlet secured this this prefabricated steel garage building for a client in Denver, Colorado, in early January of 2018.

Now a highly functional, energy-efficient garage, the building features top-quality steel construction and a finished size of 48’x60’x16’. A rugged, long-lasting Galvalume roof with a 1:12 pitch guards against corrosion from above, and (2) framed openings serve as additional metal garage characteristics, including (1) 18’x12’ opening and (1) 3070 opening.

A high-performing insulation package keeps garage users comfortable despite Denver’s variable temperatures and weather patterns, and it includes R-30 insulation within the roof and R-19 insulation within the walls. A 30-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating further equip the steel garage for the rigors of life in Colorado.
