Metal Buildings in Gold Canyon, Arizona
Metal Building Outlet provided this pair of pre-engineered metal buildings in Gold Canyon, Arizona in August of 2021.
Now undergoing use by a residential construction company, the durable, sustainable steel buildings provide safe, all-season spaces for contractors and construction workers to work and store goods. Both steel buildings are identical in size, standing 50’x80’x16’, and both offer high overhead clearance and clear-span designs that maximize usable space.
The roofs of the metal shop buildings are comprised of ultra-durable Galvalume Plus sheeting and have 2:12 pitches and gable designs, and distributed between them are (8) door openings. Additional project customizations include 80’ of standard sidewall gutters and downspouts that help guard against condensation and 110-mph wind speed ratings, which keep the shops compliant with local building and engineering codes.
