Metal Building Outlet supplied this pre-engineered metal building for a buyer in Graham, Texas, in March of 2016.

Boasting attractive light stone-colored paint and a durable, hardwearing Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 pitch, the large metal building is now used for automotive purposes and boasts a finished size of 60’x120’x16’. It is crafted from premium-grade steel components, and inside it are (12) framed openings that vary in terms of size and function. These include (4) 14’x14’ openings, (1) 12’x7’2” opening, (6) 3030 windows and (1) additional opening housing a 3070 commercial walk door.

In consideration of the weather and climate patterns typical of the greater Graham area, the building is designed with a wind speed of 115 mph and a snow load of 10 lbs.
