Metal Building Outlet was the supplier of this prefabricated metal building in Grain Valley, Missouri, in late June of 2019.

Durable, low maintenance and energy efficient, the building serves miscellaneous purposes and features premium-quality steel construction. Once erect, it stands 45’x80’x16’ in size, and it boasts a wide clear span and an attractive, Ash Grey exterior. The roof of the metal building has a 2:12 pitch and is comprised of heavy-duty Galvalume Plus panels, and (6) framed openings ranging in size serve as additional customizations.

Included are (3) 12’x14’ overhead openings enclosing (3) 12’x14’ overhead doors, (1) 10’x10’ opening equipped with (1) 10’x10’ door and (2) 3070 walk door framed openings, each containing one of (2) 3070 windows. A layer of R-13 insulation sits in the steel building’s roof and walls, enhancing sound control and interior comfort, and several additional accommodations make the structure especially well-suited for its geographic location, including a 20-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating.

Part of the Kansas City Metropolitan Area, Grain Valley sits about 135 miles from Jefferson City and roughly 23 miles east of Downtown Kansas City.
