Metal Building in Greenough, Montana
Metal Building Outlet supplied this prefabricated metal building in Greenough, Montana in March of 2021.
Durable, low-maintenance and easy to erect, the metal building now serves storage purposes and stands 26’x36’15’ in size. It has a clear span that eliminates interior trusses or columns, maximizing storage space, and it also has high ceilings that create even more room to store goods.
Overhead, a durable, corrosion-resistant gable roof with a 4:12 pitch guards against the Montana elements, and (6) framed door and window openings are additional project customizations. Found throughout the steel storage building are (1) 3070 opening housing (1) 3070 20-gauge commercial insulated walk door with a lever lock and a glass window, (1) 12’x12’ overhead door opening and (4) 3030 window openings that allow plenty of natural light inside.
Other accommodations include 12’ of wainscoting along the storage building’s left and right end walls and 2’ overhangs along all end walls. In consideration of the climate characteristics and sometimes-heavy snowfall seen throughout the region, the metal storage building also boasts a high, 58.1-psf roof snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating.
