Metal Building Outlet secured these (3) pre-engineered steel indoor riding arenas for a customer in Greer, South Carolina, in early February of 2020.
Rugged, spacious and easy to maintain, the (3) steel buildings all function as arenas, offering ample space to use as the owner sees fit. All of the buildings boast Old Town Gray paint, enhancing their curb appeal, and the first stands 124’x263’x20’ once raised, while the second and third buildings stand 20’x263’x20’. The metal arenas all have high overhead clearance, making them ideal for athletic, equestrian or other use, and distributed among them are (6) framed openings ranging in size.
Found throughout the (3) steel arenas are (1) 3070 walk door opening enclosing (1) 3070 walk door, (2) 16’x8’ openings, (1) 16’x16’ overhead door opening and (2) 12’x10’ openings. They also feature several customizations that allow them to maintain compliance with local building code requirements, among them 108-mph wind speed ratings and 10-psf snow loads.
Part of the Greenville – Spartanburg – Anderson statistical area in upstate South Carolina, the city of Greer has land in Greenville and Spartanburg counties. The community lies about 16 miles outside Mauldin and about 14 miles from Travelers Rest.
