Spacious, structurally sound and customized to meet the buyer’s needs, the insulated metal building now operates as a shop and stands an expansive 60’x100’x16’ once erect. Comprised of durable, quality steel parts, it has a Burnished Slate exterior, Sandstone-colored trim and a wide, clear span design that eliminates interior columns and tresses.

Overhead, the metal shop building has a corrosion-resistant Galvalume gable roof, and (3) framed openings allow building users, equipment and supplies in and out. An insulation package keeps building users comfortable year-round in Canada’s variable climate, and it also helps cut energy expenses for the property owner. In the walls, the building has a 4” layer of WMP-VRR Plus-faced insulation, while the roof contains a 6” layer of WMP-VRR Plus-faced insulation. The prefabricated steel shop also has several climate-related customizations that adhere to local building code requirements, including a 1.5-kpa snow load and a .46-kpa wind speed rating.
