In 2012 the Ramlahkan & Sons Steel Mill in Guyana purchased a 100’ x 150’ x 20’ Steel Max building from Metal Building Outlet. It was first shipped to the Jacksonville Port Authority in Florida before being exported to South America. This structure was designed with a wind load of 90mph. Originally they requested the building to be 120’ in length then the purchaser opted to extend the length to 150’. Since the size change was done prior to production of the build it was no problem to increase the length.
Guyana is one of only a few Caribbean countries which are not islands.
