Crafted from top-quality steel components, the hardwearing, low-maintenance building now serves as a warehouse for Harrisburg-based Apple Blossom Energy, a home-performance contractor. It stands 40’x120’18’ in size, and its roof is made of durable Galvalume metal and has a 1:12 pitch. Inside the metal building are (12) framed openings of various sizes and purposes. Among them are (2) 3070 walk doors and (10) 12’x14’ framed openings. Additional project features include a wind speed of 90 mph and a snow load of 10 lbs., inclusions that were made with respect to the typical climate and weather patterns typical of the area.
