Comprised of rugged, 26-gauge steel parts, the first metal building is 30’x40’x15’ when raised, while the second, an open-wall lean-to, stands 10’x40’x11’/8.5’. Both have clear spans that create open, obstruction-free interiors, and both have roofs with 3:12 pitches, although the main building has a gable roof and the lean-to, a single-slope roof design.
The larger, main metal building has (4) framed door and window openings. Included are (2) 4’x4’ window openings, (1) 3070 opening holding (1) 3070 White commercial knock-down walk door, and (1) 12’x12’ opening holding (1) 12’x12’ Amarr Series 2412 overhead door with a chain hoist and frame.
A 50-psf roof snow load and a 115-mph wind load are additional customizations included with regard for the climate patterns and building codes in place across Hartsel.
