Metal Building Outlet was the proud supplier of this pair of pre-engineered metal buildings in Hays, Kansas, in early March of 2020.

Rugged, sustainable and insulated to maximize energy efficiency, these (2) buildings feature premium-quality steel construction and currently undergo use as shops. Comprised of heavy-duty steel components, the first metal workshop stands 60’x50’x15’ in size, while the second, smaller steel building stands 10’x20’x10’ once erect.

Both offer impressive curb appeal, thanks to attractive Rustic Red exteriors and complementing insulated Burnished Slate-colored roofs. The roof of the larger building has a 3:12 pitch, while the smaller building’s roof boasts a subtle 1:12 pitch.

Offering easy accessibility inside the (2) metal buildings are (11) framed openings in several different sizes. Found throughout the property are (1) 10’x10’ opening, (1) 12’x14’ opening, (2) 3070 walk door openings, (3) 4040 window openings and (4) 3’x4’ window openings.
