Metal Building Outlet was the supplier of this pre-engineered steel building in Hesperus, Colorado, in October of 2020.

Insulated, energy-efficient and engineered for life in southwestern Colorado, the building now undergoes use as a shop. Comprised of hardwearing, high-quality steel components, the shop has high ceilings and a clear-span design. Overhead, a Galvalume steel roof guards against the elements, and (3) framed openings in different sizes allow access inside. Other notable features include an insulation package. The metal shop has energy efficient insulation installed in the roof and walls. Additional customizations that adhere to local building and engineering code requirements include a recommended wind speed rating and a high snow load.

Named for nearby Hesperus Mountain, Hesperus is a small unincorporated community in southwestern Colorado’s La Plata County. It sits about 12 miles west of Durango; about a 100-mile drive from Telluride.
