In use as a shop, the steel building features a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume gable roof overhead that offers reliable protection from Hilo’s regular heavy rains. The steel shop contains (6) framed openings that provide access inside.
A 10’ eave extension is another customization made along the steel shop’s front side wall, providing additional covered space the building owner can utilize. A 105-mph wind speed rating is an additional feature included with respect for local building code requirements.
