Supplied by MBO in early November, 2020, the highly customized, energy-efficient metal buildings undergo use as shops and offer unmatched structural integrity. Both have Desert Sand exteriors and complementing Burnished Slate roofs, but the first building’s roof has a 3:12 pitch, and the second, a 1:12 pitch. Distributed between the workshops are (3) framed openings, the shop also has an insulation package that keeps interior temperatures comfortable and consistent, with fiberglass insulation installed in both the roof and the walls. Additional features and customizations were included which adhere to local building and engineering code requirements.
