Now functioning as a shop, the metal building features high-quality steel construction and is 70’x100’x16’ when raised. It has a clear span that eliminates the need for interior trusses or supports, and it also has high ceilings, creating additional usable space.
The shop’s painted roof is comprised of ultra-durable Galvalume steel sheeting and a gable design, and (4) framed door openings allow building users and goods and machinery in and out. A 115-mph wind load and a 24.5-psf roof snow load are additional shop customizations made in adherence to local building and engineering code requirements.
