Metal Building Outlet was the proud provider of this pre-engineered metal building in Indio, California in October of 2020.

Durable, structurally sound and insulated to enhance energy efficiency, the building features top-of-the-line steel construction and currently undergoes use as a shop. The prefabricated shop building has a wide clear span that makes the most of available floor space. Overhead, the shop features a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume steel roof, and (2) framed openings provide access points for building users. An insulation package creates a comfortable year-round environment and lowers the metal shop’s lifelong energy expenses. Insulation is installed in both the roof and the walls. An appropriate wind speed rating serves as an additional feature that keeps the shop compliant with local building codes.
