Metal Building Outlet was the proud supplier of this pre-engineered metal building in Jackson, Tennessee, in November of 2019.
Energy efficient, multifunctional and engineered to last, the building currently functions as a shop. Following a fast erection process, it stands 60’x50’x16’ in size, and it has high overhead clearance that improves versatility and a broad clear span that maximizes usable floor space.
The roof of the metal workshop has a 3:12 pitch and is comprised of durable, damage-resistant Galvalume steel sheeting, and (6) framed openings make the shop easily accessible for users. Found throughout the building are (4) 16’x14’ overhead door openings enclosing (4) 16’x14’ overhead doors and (2) 3070 walk door openings, each equipped with one of (2) 3070 walk doors.
Making the shop comfortable and appropriate for year-round use is an insulation package, with layers of R-10 insulation installed within the workshop’s roof and walls. A snow load of 10 pounds and a wind speed rating of 115 mph are additional customizations that comply with appropriate building code requirements while enhancing the overall durability of the shop.
A major west Tennessee hub of commerce and trade, the city of Jackson is part of Madison County. It lies about 87 miles northeast of Memphis and about 27 miles outside Lexington, Tennessee.
