Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building in John’s Island, South Carolina, in August, 2013 as a personal shop.  Located in Charleston County about 10 miles from Charleston and Wadmalaw Island, this Nucor building provided a functional and affordable structure for its owner.

Rated for the high winds this 30’x40’x10’ building has a wind load of 145 MPH.  Since accumulating snow is not often the case, the ground snow load on this building is 5 PSF. The galvalume roof on the metal shop has a 1:12 pitch and the building features three doors.  Two of the doors are 10’x8’ and the third is 3’x7’.
