Rugged, sustainable and easy to raise, the metal building now functions as a shop, standing 30’x50’x11’ in size. Inside, it features a mezzanine that creates additional usable floor space, and the second floor features an open, clear span design.
Overhead, the painted metal workshop has a heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant Galvalume steel gambrel roof, and (7) framed door and window openings are additional features. Engineered to comply with all building codes and regulations in place at the Joshua Tree build site, the metal shop also features a 20-psf snow load and a 110mph wind speed rating.
