The spacious, low-maintenance metal building stands 60’x160’x14’ in size and has a hard-wearing roof overhead with a 1:12 pitch. It is now used as a warehouse building by the owner. Crafted from premium steel components, the warehouse has (6) framed openings inside. These include (5) 12’x12’ openings and (1) 3070 walk door for convenient user entry and access.

The building was engineered with a wind speed of 115 mph and a snow load of 5 lbs. in consideration of the typical climate of the Kennedale area.

A part of Tarrant County in north-central Texas, the City of Kennedale is home to less than 10,000 inhabitants and is located about 12 miles outside of Arlington and about 11 miles from Fort Worth.
