Metal Building Outlet supplied this metal shop building in Killdeer, North Dakota in August, 2013 for a resident of Dunn County.  The building is being erected in stages, allowing the owner to manage his budget for this steel shop building.  The shop, when complete, will be located about 50 miles from Watford City and 30 miles from Fairfiled on the owner’s personal property.

The finished size for this shop will be 30’x48’x16’ and the Nucor exterior walls will be white.  The roof will have a 3:12 pitch and be tan. Five 5’x3’ windows will flood the interior with natural light.  Four doors will be installed ( 2) 3’x7’ walk doors and (2) 12’x14’ doors will allow the owner easy access to his building. To meet the climatic demands of this region, the building has a wind speed of 90 MPH and a ground snow load of 40 PSF.
