Crafted from high-end steel components, the attractive and energy-efficient metal building is light stone in color, and it stands 30’x40’x16’ in size once fully erect. Overhead, guarding against the elements, is a hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 pitch, and inside, the structure boasts (2) framed openings. These include (1) 10’x10’ opening and (1) 3070 opening.
Installed within the roof and walls of the steel building is R-10 insulation, which helps keep energy bills low and building users feeling comfortable, regardless of outside temperatures. A wind speed rating of 110 mph serves as an additional project feature.
A city set within California’s Fresno County, Kingsburg is situated about 30 minutes outside Fresno. Located along the banks of the Kings River, Fresno lies about five miles southeast of Selma and about two hours from the Sierra Nevada Mountain Range.
