Steel Building in Kremlin, Montana
Metal Building Outlet delivered this pre-engineered steel building in Kremlin, Montana, in March of 2022.
Supplied for a repeat Metal Building Outlet Customer, the building, a metal lean-to, now functions as a shop for a garden center and stands 40’x120’x13’/19’8” when constructed. Inside, it has a clear-span design that results in an open, column-free interior, maximizing space for plants and displays.
The roof of the metal agricultural building is comprised of hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume panels and has a 2:12 pitch, and (2) 3’4”x7’2” framed door openings enclosing (2) 3070 insulated preassembled walk doors with lever lock sets allow building users inside. The steel farm building also features spray foam insulation and a 26-gauge liner panel, which help enhance energy efficiency while helping prevent condensation from forming.
A 35-PSF snow load and a 115-mph wind rating are additional upgrades made in compliance with the building codes in place in Kremlin.
