Crafted from top-of-the-line steel components, the building stands 60’x100’x16’ when fully erect. Its roof is made of durable, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal and has a 2:12 roof pitch. Inside the rugged, low maintenance and easy-to-erect steel building are a total of (5) framed openings. Included are (3) 12’x14’ openings and (2) that enclose 3070 walk doors for convenient user building access.
A statutory town set within north-central Colorado’s Grand County, the town of Kremmling sits along the confluence of the Muddy Creek and the Blue and Colorado Rivers. The town is prone to variable temperatures and long, sometimes bitterly cold winters, and it lies about 52 miles outside Steamboat Springs and about 28 miles from Granby.
