Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building in Lafayette, Colorado in November, 2013. Located in Boulder County about five miles from Erie and Louisville the metal building is used as a maintenance facility for city-owned vehicles.

Being near the Flatirons Mountains in Colorado’s Northern Front Range, this building required a wind load of 105 MPH (wind) and 30 PSF (ground snow load). In order to accommodate the different sizes of vehicles serviced, this high quality Nucor building has a finished size of 75’x60’x20’ and a roof pitch of 1:12.

There are six high quality doors that are adequately sized for ease of entry and exit of vehicles: (4) 20’x14’ overhead doors and (2) 3’x7’ walk doors.
