Crafted from premium-quality steel components, the building now serves as a shop area for the owner. It stands 30’x30’x14’ in size and boasts brick red paint, and overhead is a rugged Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 roof pitch. Hardwearing, long-lasting and low maintenance, the building has (3) framed openings, which include (2) 12’x12’ openings and (1) 3070 walk door for easy user access. Additional metal building features include a wind speed of 115 mph and a snow load of 5 lbs. These additions were made with respect to the typical climate of the Lago Vista area.
