Durable, damage-resistant and designed to maintain its appeal and functionality with only minimal maintenance, this pre-engineered metal building currently operates as a shop. Featuring a broad clear span, the shop stands 40’x40’x14’ in size, and it has high overhead clearance that makes it well-suited for many different uses.

Protecting the interior of the building from the Arizona heat and sunshine is a corrosion-resistant roof with a 1:12 pitch comprised of Galvalume panels. Making the steel shop accessible for users are (2) framed openings, which include (1) 20’x13’ overhead door opening and (1) 3’4”x7’2” walk door opening. A 115-mph wind speed rating is another customization made with regard for the typical climate of the Lake Havasu City area.

Located in northwestern Arizona, Lake Havasu City is part of Mohave County. A popular event destination, the community sits about 60 miles outside Kingman, Arizona, and about 138 miles outside Henderson, Nevada.
