Durable, energy efficient and easy and affordable to maintain, this building is comprised of top-quality steel parts and stands 45’x58’x23’ in size. Used for miscellaneous purposes, it has high overhead clearance, allowing for mezzanines or oversize storage, and its roof is comprised of rugged Galvalume steel and has a slight 1:12 pitch.
The insulated steel building has (5) framed openings ranging in size serving as access points. Included are (2) 3070 walk door openings enclosing (2) 3070 walk doors, (1) 16’x10’ opening housing (1) 16’x10 door and (2) 12’x14’ overhead door openings, each of which encloses one of (2) 12’x14’ overhead doors.
Keeping the metal building comfortable and its energy bills manageable is an insulation package. In its roof, the building boasts R-19 fiberglass insulation, while a layer of R-13 insulation sits within the walls.
