Metal Building in Laughlin, Nevada

Metal Building Outlet supplied this prefabricated metal building in Laughlin, Nevada, in January of 2015.

Now an operational shop area for Site Work Solutions, a Redding, California-based general engineering and contracting company, the building is crafted from components from Nucor Building Systems and stands 60’x120’x19’ in size. Overhead is a durable Kynar roof with a 1:12 pitch, and additional metal building features include (15) framed openings. Among them are (2) 16’x18’ openings, (2) 3070 walk doors and (11) 12”x10” ridge-vent windows.

In consideration of the desert climate of the Laughlin area, which is characterized by very hot summers and very little precipitation, a wind speed of 90 mph was engineered during construction.

Known for its abundant hotel-and-casinos and reputation as a popular RV resort destination, Laughlin lies within southern Nevada’s Clark County. It sits about 98 miles outside Las Vegas and 82 miles from Henderson.
