Metal Building in Lincoln, California
Metal Building Outlet was the proud supplier of this pre-engineered metal building in Lincoln, California in June of 2021.
Durable and low maintenance, the metal building stands 32’x32’x10 when erect and has an open, clear span design. Comprised of high-quality steel components, the Desert Sand-colored building offers unmatched strength and durability, and overhead, it features a heavy-duty Burnished Slate-colored single-slope roof with a 3:12 pitch.
The metal shop building has (3) framed door and window openings throughout, including (1) 6’x6’8” framed opening for a double door and (2) 4030 window openings that let natural light stream inside. An insulation package is another notable feature, with 4” of R-13 insulation in the walls of the shop and 6” of R-19 insulation in the roof.
A 20-psf roof snow load and a 110-mph wind speed rating are additional customizations made with respect for the climate characteristics of the area and the building codes governing construction at the job site.
