Metal Building in Lisbon Falls, Maine
Metal Building Outlet was the supplier of this pre-engineered metal building in Lisbon Falls, Maine in March of 2021.
Sturdy, sustainable and insulated to maximize energy-efficiency, the metal building features high-quality steel construction and is 40’x50’x14’ in sixes, spanning 4,918 square feet, when raised. It has an open, clear span design that maximizes usable floor space by eliminating any need for interior columns or supports, and overhead, it has a heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant steel roof providing reliable protection from the New England elements.
Within that roof is a layer of 4″ insulation with durable WMP-VRR facing affixed to the interior-facing side. The facing protects the insulation blankets from condensation and water damage while giving the steel building’s interior a clean, polished appearance.
In consideration of the variable climate characteristics and heavy seasonal snowfall sometimes seen throughout southern Maine, the metal building also features a 115-mph wind speed rating and a high, 60-pound snow load.
