Metal Building Outlet supplied this pre-engineered metal building on behalf of a customer in the Deer Creek Canyon neighborhood of Littleton, Colorado, in April of 2020.
Durable and engineered to stand strong in Colorado’s variable climate, the building is 60’x80’x16’ once erect and currently operates as a shop. It has high ceilings, enhancing versatility, and its roof has a slight 0.5:12 pitch and is comprised of rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume steel. The metal shop has (4) framed openings that allow users, vehicles or equipment inside, among them (2) 12’x14’ overhead door openings and (2) 3070 walk door openings.
The building also has several customizations that adhere to local building codes and better equip the workshop for life in Colorado, including a 130-mph wind speed rating and a 53-pound snow load.
