Now an agricultural storage facility, the building is crafted from premium components from Garco Building Systems and boasts bold blue exterior paint. It’s covered and protected by a Galvalume roof with a 1:12 pitch. Passersby will notice (3) framed openings of varying sizes, including (1) 20’x14’, (1) 16’x14’ and (1) 4070 entry door.

With the typical weather patterns and climate conditions of Magnolia and the surrounding areas in mind, the metal storage building was constructed with a wind speed of 90 mph and a ground snow load of 30 lbs.
