Metal Building in Mancos, Colorado

Metal Building Outlet was pleased to supply this prefabricated metal building for a customer in Mancos, Colorado, in early September of 2020.

Massive and multifunctional, the energy-efficient industrial metal building is 150’x360’x16’ in size, offering high overhead clearance that is well-suited for storage or large machinery. Comprised of durable, long-lasting steel parts, the building now belongs to a manufacturing operation and provides an economical, easy-to-maintain place to do business.

Overhead, it has a rugged Galvalume roof with a 1:12 pitch offering protection from the elements, and (10) framed openings varying in size serve as additional features. Found throughout the metal manufacturing facility are (4) 3070 walk door openings, (3) 12’x14’ overhead door openings, (2) 18’x16’ overhead door openings and (1) 60’x18’ framed opening.

The roof and walls of the steel building contain R-10 insulation, which slashes lifelong energy costs and helps the building maintain a comfortable environment. Other customizations made in adherence to local engineering and building codes include a 50-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating.
